You mean a house costs more than a million dollars in Singapore? Ouch!

You can get a very nice house in my Montreal neighbourhood for less than half that price.

If you are looking for something closer to a million, there is always this.

In my neighbourhood in Ottawa, the most expensive home is $339,900.

Nothing terribly shocking, just fills in some more details about you.

Thanks.

unfortunately true. :(

A bungalow can cost at least S$3M. S$1M can only buy me a condo unit. A semi-D is already more than S$1M.
